Pros

Depends on team, heard of some non audit team can 100% remote working Very diverse or over diverse so many are non local

Cons

Technically q4 2023 is not busy season but heard of peers still with them said they are so busy till Xmas for quarterly ended client. Diligent people are punished as they will be given more & harder jobs Really stressful & unreasonably low hourly rate consider all work over time This company use a lot of Indian office - time difference & culture barrier makes onshore team life like hell (as their work quality generally is less good then onshore and culture is almost like opposite to the west ) from my observation those who complain this co is not great to work in but still stay with them is those who need a visa , this is still fair or they will not stay I suppose

Pros

1. Hybrid flexiblity worklife, but this is highly dependant on the working style and laziness of your managers (Can be a very good or bad thing). 2. Good compensation especially for fresh graduates. Considering that you get promoted annually, the salary jump is definitely worth the hardwork especially after graduating. 3. Sponsorship on work visa for foreigners 4. Good claims on accounting membership and professional membership courses 5. Good exposure to different clients (Background, countries, languages and etc)

Cons

1. You may meet really crazy bosses who play politics like mad dogs. Be prepared mentally. 95% of the people cannot take it down the road and will decide to leave and this explains a lot about the culture in these Big 4 firms. 2. Salary compensations are poor if divided by long working hours. Paying like peanuts, but expect staffs to work until 3-4am everynights. 3. Not much activitites and department interactions. Only once in a while. All staffs are expected to come in to work and pack your bags and go home continue to work. 4. If you meet managers/senior managers who are here to pass time, you are doomed. These are the toxic people who play politics to the max and the only way to solve this is to leave the firm ASAP!

Pros

None. Legit. Believe when I say absolutely nothing.

Cons

I worked here under the AML KYC team as a KYC analyst, we were exploited for peanuts. I worked here for minimum 14 hours everyday for less than INR 20k per month. No one helped if I ever had a problem and tried seeking solutions too, the TL had 0 idea what he's doing (I was under Adarsh) the managers are even worse (my manager was Rohit). They have calls the entire day for "check-ins" but no guidance is ever given to actually come to a solution and finish the work given, if the workflow was better designed, it would be a lot more easier for folks to work here. I hated it here every single day and I'd rather kill myself than come back and work here under these guys. I had 0 work life balance and had to put in work every weekend like a dog with 0 additional pay, 0 benefits, just nothing. I didn't even have time to have lunch or dinner, had to stick to the screen for the entire work hours that I put in, which was frustrating and depressing. It impacted my health a lot and I lost a lot of weight because of the stress and long working hours which also triggered my epilepsy and seizures more often. Coming to seeking help, the HR is absolutely useless (she didn't do anything lol) do not waste your time talking to the HR about anything. Just find another job and leave, you're better off selling pani-puri outside KPMG. I hated this job with my gut and would cry everyday in front of my screen. I was also told super rude things when I put my papers down for resignation by Adarsh, who was my TL (stuff like "no company will take you in" etc), who says that?! Never felt a tinge of positivity in the entire time working here. It's because of this absolutely horrifying company I am in therapy for months now. You're better off begging. This company absolutely sucks. I lost sleep and a part of my health. Absolutely disgusting. DO BETTER.
