Bias against people who didn't start as consultants immediately after undergrad, nice people but oddly sterile/empty culture

Absolute Sweatshop - All they care about is their bottomline

I had a great immediate manager which was the only saving grace.

Cons

1. The culture within the firm is definitely not what you would expect an international company to have - it's a local sweatshop. "Partners" should just rebrand themselves as "Tow Kays". 2. Their excuse for everything is that they are a "partnership" firm - hence, they don't spend a single dollar on employee welfare or engagement - COVID has just made this worse. They win business on such low margins that they penny-pinch on every single thing - employee welfare is at the bottom on their priority list. 3. Internally, Auditors consider themselves the Rainmakers and treat colleagues from other departments very poorly.
