Ok for new hire to get initial experience. Not a good place for long term employment.

Cons

Rediculous hours, abusive upper management, Firm feigns goodwill in community but treats employees horribly (no work balance). Moving professional work to India. Not a good place for long term prospects in US.

Great brand name but that is where the positive stops!

Cons

It is all about utilisation, more than any consultancy I have ever worked for. That means high pressure for to take roles that you do.nit have skills for. Learn on the job is a normal practice. Forced distribution is the model used for performance reviews. You are pitted against your team mates, which turns the culture into back stabbing and nasty scheming as everyone positions themselves to be ahead of team mates. Nasty culture is best way to describe. Finally bullying, as papers exposed, there is still a culture of bullying. Very unpleasant work environment if you can. The only.positive, is the brand name on your CV
