      Would not recommend if you seeking an administrative role

      Offer discounts on gym memberships, etc.

      Cons

      Former admin asst at KPMG with nothing good to say about the company. Unfortunately, I was pigeon-holed into an admin position with no room for upward mobility. Bonus structure works only if you are in a client facing role. Admins do not get over 1% raise. The review/performance management process is not effective if you are not within a client facing role. No work/life balance.

      You get a pay check.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, bullying, lack of training, gossip and threats that they (Partners, employees) will give you a negative feedback so you do not get a raise. HR does nothing, Ethics and Compliance does nothing. If you want to work in an abusive enviroment or are a sociopath ...this is the place for you.

      Worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Sometimes the there are food scraps left in the staff kitchen from meetings and Partner breakfasts, which you can feast upon. Definitely some of my fondest memories from my time with this company.

      Cons

      Long hours, no work/life balance, unapproachable management, politics, very narrow career path for an engineer, boring and repetitive routine tasks. Evening and weekend work 6.5 days out of 7. You can feel yourself aging on a daily basis, and many of my co-workers looked 5 years older than they were.
