Pros

The £5 lunch, nice office that’s about it

Cons

1. If you’re black, this isn’t the place for you. A little mistake , you’ll be bullied out 2 performance managers are a waste of time, they won’t support you if you’re black 3. Senior managers do not care about you 4. If there’s a conflict between you and your manager with clear evidence that the manager is lying, you’ll be told ‘ there’s nothing we can do’ - this is the case if you’re black!

Pros

Global exposure and client experience. Smaller office environment in smaller states makes it easier to come up with new ideas and get things done. Since becoming one operating model, marketing is very restricted to what Sydney office dictates.

Cons

Toxic culture, lack of leadership, lack of training for managers and confusion around managerial roles. Weak partnerships, token performance reviews, lack of accountability so that senior leaders can get away with being unethical. 'You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' type of environment, huge favouritism, and it matters who your dad is.
