Pros

All partners form their own kingdoms, play the game right and opportunities abound. Most of the work revolves around creating plans. Implementation is generally not favoured unless the fees are.correct.

Cons

Back the wrong horse and get sidelined. The partnership is made out of raising stars and wounded bears, pick your sponsor wisely. regardless of what the internal policies say, to move ahead you need to not only prove profitable but must also demonstrate that you have external options.

Pros

25 Personal Time Off days Decent Pay

Cons

Morale in IT is an all time low and the IT department is in a state of crisis. NOTHING is being done to retain talent. There is a serious need for good leadership. Too many people in "leadership" positions have no idea what the next 2-3 years will look like. All the effort and focus in on Outsourcing IT and there is no vision for the organization.

Pros

The technology is awsome such as the e work papers, online trainings, dual monitors, and etc. The annual firm wide training is a great learning and networking experience. You get to meet people from all different offices and people from different school. Chicago training was awsome. Nice new building.

Cons

The people there can be very clicky/high school like. Also, the promotions are often unfair and so that leads to having unqualified supervisors who throw their staff under the bus if something goes wrong. Unfair distribution of work. People tend to hoard work which leads to half the staff working long hours and the other half left twiddling their dumbs. CYA enviroment.
