Constantly changing their policies. Employees who were hired as fully remote forced to come into the office 3 days a week. No training offered. Management constantly changing. No room for growth.

Terrible middle management/senior leadership on IT side. NAM Corporate IT team is a dumpster fire. You will be stuck doing busy work and will quickly get bored of mundane IT tasks. Usually, anything that you want to learn and take to the next job won’t be learned here. Everything has to be escalated/resolved by working with overseas IT team in Vienna. Which usually means not resolved for several days or weeks later due to time difference. Additionally, forget career advancement there will be little room in this department for that. Also, the unlimited PTO policy is a joke. They don’t say upfront what’s too little or too much. That leads you to guess. So when you use what your manager thinks is too much you will have to get approval as to why you are using. Hindsight 20/20 if you have another option of take it. If not, take this skill up and run to your next opportunity.
