      work hours were great, time off was great. PTO was great also. All holidays and some international holidays due to company based out of Austria

      Local leadership is extremely bad here in Charlotte, NC. No training program, no development program, unable to advance or move up. Seems as company concentrated on Engineers and gave them all the glory and respect, and us technicians got very little, if any.

      Finance and HR departments in Australia are managed by narcissistic and egotistical leaders, with zero care for subordinates. Be prepared to be overworked, bullied, and not heard when you want to tell management what is going on. Toxic company culture - avoid at all cost.
