      salary and the bonuses are great. have a politics to upgrade salary twice a year due local economics. it's quite too

      persons are hard to deal with sometimes, but there are great persons inside. PM are not the best and it's quite boring because all it's yellow and grey.

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and time off. Yearly training courses mandatory. Work load is fair depending on management.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to move up in the company. Company is more concerned about hiring middle management than people who actually do work. Overall the company is very disorganized as far as billing and staffing is concerned.
