      Pros

      Mgt. listens to your ideas and open to implementing them. Never been guilted on using unlimited PTO. Willing to take risks. Receive one-time paycheck bonuses for recognized work. Leadership plan is working well.

      Cons

      Future is unknown with current US-Admin. Biggest hold-up to innovation is lack of human resources.
