Pros
They're good at what they do. Really smart people and really high standards of thinking, problem solving and deliverables. One thing I must note - Kearney is liked by clients where actual collaboration is considered, one of the few consulting firms that WORKS WITH clients and not just TALKS AT them
Cons
Company grew too fast in recent years, lost key partners and client accounts due to internal conflict, overhired at junior level and when economic climate became grim and projects were low and consultant utilization was low, decided to lay-off ~100 consultants in one weeked, all juniors with relatively <1 year tenure in firm, basing it on performance only. It was unfair to a lot of BAs-Managers
