Management tends to have an aggressive attitude towards associates and analysts, and criticism is lobbed with abandon - thick skin is a required accessory. One senior VP openly admitted that there are 5 people waiting in line for every job, and most employees stay less than 2 years, so it doesn't make sense for him to try to keep people happy or build a better culture.
