Base salary is decent Some people are very smart Some interesting projects (though most are procurement) Plenty of freedom and autonomy Office culture is ok

Cons

Benefits are pretty uncompetitive Transfer program is abysmal Career growth is slower than at competitors No standard guidelines on pretty much anything (if you can make your senior partner agree to it, you can do it) Very little investment in people
