Pros

The best People, tough and interesting challenges, incredible clients. Supportive leadership.

Cons

You have to be driven and have a thirst to lead. They are working hard to provide people more balance and to allow room for those who don’t want to work the intensity of hours, but it’s not easy. Expect 50-65 weeks on average with spikes to 70, 80 during big crunches, critical milestone, or at more junior levels. But in the long run, worth it if it’s for you.
