- Even though we are recognized by the clients that firm provides compelling service compared to major MBB's firm's brand is not really known

No work/life balance, poor inclusion for new hires despite SLT narrative. Mediocre expertise (sweet talk but limited actual experience of the real world), big egos, lot of unnecessary work to please internal demands rather than customer actual needs. Too much politics and assertive style.
