great people,a very approachable, collaborative tribe of consultants, excellent client work in strategic and large-scale projects

Cons

challenging to keep progressing, if you need a flexible work arrangement (despite the significant efforts the company is putting into improving this issue that is prevalent across the industry), most projects require travel 4 days a week
