      - Great people who work really hard - Got to work in the industry vertical which I wanted to (Retail) - Great brand in the retail space

      Cons

      - Long hours (sometimes just for the sake of long hours) - Brand is not as strong as the big three (McK, BCG, Bain) so exit options have to be hustled - Not much alumni support

      -Large responsibility from early years -Fast growth in analytic, presentation, communication skills -Collaboration with country's best companies -Free atmosphere -Respect in each members' will

      Cons

      -Too heavy workload -Lack of metabolism in senior members -Sometimes irrational feedback (as is lack of proper logics) -Gradually getting worse the working environment though growth in sales in this unit

      Company really values diversity and makes a big effort to recruit individuals from different backgrounds, it really makes an impact within teams

      Long working hours make the work life balance a bit difficult but it is compensated by the interesting work
