      - Interesting, challenging work / projects - Great colleagues, friendly, bright, diverse - Flexible working style, especially once trust is established - Strong global brand

      Cons

      - Long working hours (though that's part of the job description!) - Upwards feedback doesn't always have an impact - Conservative promotion cycles

      Pros

      A.T.Kearney is fast growing and has the perfect size to offer consultants a large variety and number of projects but at the same time allows them to build their personal brand and pursue their own career path. The Firm implemented measures to better balance work-life while on a project as well as flex work models (e.g. parental leave, LOA) if you are at a point where you want to focus more on "life", pursue an entrepreneurial path etc.

      Cons

      As for any consulting job (especially in the US), expect to travel Mon-Thur for most projects.
