      One of the best reasons is Friendly culture without hyper competitive people. Another good thing is their recent focus on work life balance.

      Cons

      Pretty average sr. management capabilities. Strategy projects are usually handled pretty badly. Accepts projects even if not within their strong area.

      Smart colleagues. Workplace quality. Salary in the higher quartile among strategy consulting firms. Solid training programme deployed across all offices.

      Cons

      Very little clear feedback given during and after an engagement. Extremely political consulting firm. Too much confidence given to managers who will decide on your future in the firm. Poor international exposure. Little collaboration with other offices to leverage worldwide presence.
