For example, a Kearney consultant was nominated among the top-25 most influential consultants this year thanks to his work on sustainability. Although among top-10 largest strategy consulting firms, there is still a strong entrepreneurial drive within the company and none of the bureaucratic processes and mindset which can develop in larger firms. The quality work environment is often mentioned as a key strength by consultants.

People - not too many "typical" MBAs who think they know everything. The people i've worked with are generally open minded enough that the work produced is of great quality and produces results.
