      Pros

      Keller Canada has an impeccable safety record and a commitment to maintain the safety of all employees. Strong network of professionals worldwide with whom to collaborate. Company has a professional image (clean offices, clean well-maintained equipment).

      Cons

      Keller Canada is going through a real crisis mostly impacted by the economy but made worse by its lack of experience in self-promotion in business development, primarily in Alberta North. Executive team lacks teamwork creating poor leadership from the top. While the organization has stated values, they tend not to live them daily (with the exception of safety - that one IS well done).

      Pros

      Everybody worked together to get things accomplished. The people were friendly.

      Cons

      No direction from the upper management. Given a task without any type of goal in mind. They then bring in a contractor who takes over the whole project leaving you out in the cold with an attitude of "Why Try".
