- senior staff always helpful and open for discussions - great supervision and feedback from more experienced engineers - little to no micromanagment (as long as results/solutions are produced) - multi-national team of experts - unique projects only found in the UAE - colleagues quickly become friends - team-building events like soccer, lunch ordered to the office, parties on completion of projects/beginning and end of Ramadan/achieved milestones
