Highly talented and skilled employees. Good benefits, extensive safety training, steady year round work never had a lay off. Management was always helpful and company supplied almost all tools and or equipment to perform jobs. Everyone was very professional and there was a lot of teamwork.

Cons

Limited career advancement opportunity for employees without engineering degrees or willing to travel all over the country.
