A lot of interesting projects. Great culture of engineering. Creating quality products.

Pros

Can't think of many good things to say. Good benefits package. They offer a gainshare program and decent vacation accrual.

Cons

No leadership, no direction, no job descriptions, blatant nepotism, no communication within, underhanded tactics. They first issued me a phoney job description and then requested that I train others on my position all the time assuring me that I was a valued employee. They then laid me off two weeks later.

Pros

Company culture is very welcoming and the people who tend to be hired are friendly and open. Offers good benefits and most managers seem open to working with employees if there are issues.

Cons

Lack of opportunity to grow and poor communication (although there was an attempt to change that and make it more open). Compensation at lower level jobs has gotten better, but is still not quite at industry average. Absolutely no performance reviews or job descriptions.
