-Upper Management and above is only out for themselves -Re-organization of the business units every 2-3 years -Unrealistic expectations with respect to work load and budget -Extreme under compensation -Low Morale -Shareholders and Management Board do not understand the industries that Kemira plays in

The only good thing is that they have flexible hours

Cons

This is really the worst place to work at. They have very little consideration for employees here, they treat us like we don't matter. The pay is horrible and management sucks. Everyone here is petty and will do anything to make you feel underappreciated. They literally do not care about you at all.
