      Pros

      Pay, and benifits are good for drivers. Time off is good. As long as you follow loading and unloading procedures they are okay to work for

      Cons

      Communication is awful here. You could go weeks without hearing from dispatcher. Management is job scared, equipment is not the greatest, backup dispatcher is clueless, and for big company they are cheap. There is more but I have to go.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, international company, possibility to travel, be prepared to work hard but don t expect any recognition.

      Cons

      No recognition, no training provided or possibility to progress, too many changes and challenges at the same time, high pressure, uncertainty (don't think because you work hard you will not be made redundant if the company decides to save money) You are not an asset but just a number.

      Get to work by yourself a lot. work varies not always the same thing everyday. Generally a good group of people

      Cons

      hard to advance within company. Not really set up well for a younger person rare opportunity to learn from more experienced employees
