Pros
I worked at Kemira for 4 years. It is a decent place to work. There is an OK company environment/structure overall.
Cons
Managers make it hard to stay there long. I truly believe that if you are put in a position to manage another individual you should be thoroughly trained to do so. Kemira gives people 'manager' titles who have zero management experience or training and the employees working for these people are the ones who suffer. Hence the high turn-over rate. Also in the 4 years I worked at Kemira they had 2-3 different CEOs with different ideas on where the company should go in the future. It made it hard to buy into what any of them were saying because they'd be gone in a year or two.
