      Some Great Employees Hiding Under Terrible Managment

      Pros

      Great insurance, 401k, great office in a central location.

      Cons

      zero management training, promotions are given based on whomever in the department has been with Kemira the longest, not who is qualified. Office moral is alltime low, upper management knows this but does nothing to fix it. The quality employees are leaving on a weekly basis. Bonus is being eliminated, eventhough work is increased.

      Good ambience with great beneifits, Kemira knows how to dela with his employees

      Cons

      Sometimes good organisation is missing. Not learning from the past errors is one of the main weak point of the Company
