Good company, was a great starting job for me.

Cons

Kind of hard to move into management. Due to the political atmosphere. Company is on a hiring freeze as of 10/01/2012. Just be mindful.

Pros

HR tries to step in and help but largely ineffective. The health insurance is nice.

Cons

Pay and workload do not match and senior management expects subordinates to do the same type of work they do. PTO requests are often rejected, if you say you are being micromanaged they will back off completely and be unwilling to help you when you need it.

The people are individually great to work with, the pay is appropriate, most people in the industry are very nice to work with also.

Cons

There's a lot to be done and resources are kept tight, a few bad apples here and there, a lot of "good ole boys", development opportunities are lacking, some people have spent way too much time in a position and need to move on.
