Overall good and satisfying! Nice R&D campus environment, nice co-workers, abundant benefits, learned a lot

Cons

R&D campus are not at city center, might be a con for people sensitive to this depending on how much time you can accept. Manageable from my POV.

working in multi-disciplinary and international team freedom to drive personal development (upskilling) overseas short-term assignments family sales

Cons

- Frequent online meetings outside of office hours, especially if based in Asia hubs - Gaps in work efficiency across hubs, making international projects slower and more technically challenging than necessary
