Good work/life balance. Decent monetary compensation, excellent health insurance and 401 matching. People in general are high level professionals. The company supports continuous education.

Cons

The company is mainly hardware company with software component being second priority. Some in the company are dedicated to innovation but in general innovation is not the strongest component
