      Pros

      Some countries have decent benefits The HR varies a lot on the subsidiary, but some of the subsidiary HRs are very supportive. There are some genuinely passionate people.

      Cons

      All the departments are SILOs and do not work together very well The Koreans and the locals fight all the time Expats and local Koreans fight all the time It's a Korean company through and through A lot of precious time is wasted teaching the expats about the country over and over again Daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports. There is a daily CEO report and it takes hours, leaving very little time to do actual work.

      Timely salary. No deduction during covid

      Cons

      If you are ambitious and good at your work...it doesnt matter. Only thing which matters is time spent. Not the best place for young ambitious " professional" people. The oldies control everything and take credit for everything you do. Toxic work environment and join only if thats you are desperate for a job !
