International team with young people. Perfect start training which gives youthe basics and a very good overview of the logistics branch.

Cons

There is too much stress and almost no free time left for even a coffee pouse, overtime is almost every day

Well paid in comparison to rivals in the industry. Language courses in house with external tutors. Flowers or chocolates on your birthday (Only for women) Flexible working hours Internal training courses

Cons

Promotions given to people who have been at the company the longest, rather than the more competent. Bonus agreement was changed during the year as we the department was "too successful" They make false promises about customer trips, language courses abroad, moving into different departments. Can take many years before being promoted.
