Salaries and benefits very competitive; 9/80; travel; small exploration team works well together -all trained in the west

Everything you have read about upper management, risk averse, random Russians with little to no experience showing up and running the show, blatant nepotism and "red passport" favoritism, zero autonomy, "lukoil engineering" purely academic meddling in all projects and absolutely trusted my Moscow, no annual raises or cola, no upward mobility, overt corruption, and more
