Pros

Working for LUKOIL had its ups and downs like any employer. I feel that I had more ups than downs, and found the job and personnel enjoyable most of the time. All employers have good areas and areas in which they could improve, and LUKOIL is an average employer. Pay was acceptable, benefits quite good, and working conditions were generally fair.

Cons

Understanding the bureaucratic rules, staying on top of the mandates from Moscow mandating certain business practices, and employment of relatives who may or may not be able to perform the required tasks. I’m not necessarily indicating these are cons or bad but they are part of the LUKOIL culture.
