      Pros

      Management is laid back, allowed to work the gas station by yourself, lots of freedom, management role available depending on your experience with running gas stations

      Cons

      Job pays minimum wage or in my case $8.00/hour with barley any opportunity for raises, tough to use as experience to get into a coorporate position

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, many from Rusia or Moldova. Professional environnement, you have a lot to learn. As an automation enginner you manage to learn also all the flow.

      Cons

      The management is russian, but they are very good technical persons in general. They are very exigent and you have to do sometimes overtime, you can get time off in return..

      Compensation is ok and allowances are quite generous

      Cons

      HR lives in the alternative reality, thinking that it owns people. You will be treated badly in case you don't have some high posiioned relatives in HQ. No such thnig as business ethics. Several cliques based are constantly fighting for power. Benefits system is not transparent. Organisational culture is pure soviet type, no internantional practises live for long
