Bullying culture from Management, Senior Management only looking at profit and congratulating Middle management, when in fact the mental health problems caused by the culture has contributed to many people either leaving or being signed off sick. Not much help available with I.T systems etc, you are expected to fix yourself!. Pay could be better for what is expected!.
