      Pros

      Good for gathering experience, both for knowledge and titles. You won’t be fired unless you commit time fraud.

      Cons

      Once your reach a certain title there is not upward movement. No one is fired or reprimanded for not working, so if you get stressed out making the same as someone who doesn’t do anything it can get frustrating.
