Lots of different shifts to work if you're in the right dept.

Cons

High turn around rate. The pay is downright shameful. A lot of my coworkers leave to get jobs elsewhere because everywhere else pays better. 3 years I have been here and have only recieved just over a 4% increase in pay even though I get good ratings and never call in sick. I just recieved a 2.5% raise this doesn't even cover inflation. Time to seriously consider somewhere that appreciates it's employees.

Pros

Hours are flexible, they really work with you on that if you ask. I do like the accrual of PTO system they have going on.

Cons

EXTREMELY toxic workplace in each department I worked in. The bullying and harassment on a daily basis is exactly why I'm leaving. You can report it to your supervisor, manager, escalate it to HR and nothing will be done.
