They pay is decent and most of the people are too.

Cons

They have a system of personal leave bank; you combine sick time and vacation time in one "bank". It is very minimal and if you are sick for 1-2 days your time off is also diminished. And, you only get 6 holidays a year. It is really pathetic.

Great coworkers; comfortable, inclusive work environment; paid leave/holidays

Cons

Compensation scale needs to be improved. It's hard to feel appreciated in the role when the company gives everyone a raise to $15/hr, but the people already at and barley above $15 we're left behind.

Pay isn’t really equal for people of the same position (ASCP certified people excluded). Hard to move up in the company. You will have to work overtime.
