You can't get fired, this job could be done by an 8th grader, they don't micromanage your time on third shift

Cons

The management couldn't care less if procedures are performed correctly, they just want to have their numbers up so they look good. Management has no clue what happens at the bench and consults with the wrong people when making decisions. Initiative is punished while sloth is rewarded. There could be plenty of opportunities for advancement but they won't get rid of the dead weight in order to do so. The pay scale is HORRIBLE. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could.
