Pros

A good amount of personnel leave bank, days off, if you are persistent they train you in different areas. HR department made a big effort to keep staff on the payroll, splitting and shifting responsibilities and labor hours in order to avoid layoffs.

Cons

Supervisors could have biases and favor some employees over others. The path to promotion and salary increases is not clear and could be discouraging. Once you are settled in their methods and process there are few incentives to progress.

Awful place to work

Pros

There is nothing good about working at this place.

Cons

Horrible place to work at. Management is terrible, they have no idea what they are doing. They have a bunch of uneducated people supervising people. It's funny how someone with an associate's degree can tell us what to do when our position requires a four-year degree. They do not value their employees, extremely high turnover rate. They do not take harassment seriously. A female was sexually harassed and nothing happened. A supervisor was harassing employees and nothing happened. They kick everything under the rug and hope people leave before they have to actually do something about it. This place is an absolute joke. I highly advise that if you value your mental health, I would steer clear of this place.

Pros

None. And I'm not trying to be THAT person. I didn't even stick around for long. I was out of there in less than 3 months.

Cons

Where do I even start? The most pertinent issue was workplace discrimination. I'm talking blatant favoritism, heavily hinged on race. I worked in the molecular dept. Top management and HR all turned deaf ears to the numerous complaints of lab techs. Everyone's guess was that they were in on it too, as the major perpetuators were "their people" or favorites. So cases brought forward were dismissed outrightly and met with retaliation.
