Good experience for anyone looking to join the medical testing field, hands on learning

Cons

-in the COVID PCR department there is little to no work to be done and you will get penalized for not doing work when there is absolutely no work to be done - communication within the company is very minimal and things often get overlooked -management is favorable to the people they like and a lot of favoritism is seen - little to no training is put into the new employees as the trainers have poor time management skills -passive agressive environment
