Worst best decision of my life
Pros
-hires graduates (with/without experience) right out of college -decent starting pay -ability to work overtime, on occasion -3% employer retirement contribution -valuable hands-on experience
Cons
-departments ran strictly by favoritism -team leaders willing to interfere with testing in order to corrupt employees' performance records. -team leaders/ supervisors unprofessional spreading rumors about employees among subordinates -harassment from lab supervisors and team leaders -HR dismissing said harassment complaints by employees -almost impossible to cross-train -lack of career advancement -false sense of community and structure -company automatically uses PTO if you call out due to inclement weather -employees must sign 2-year contracts
