Pros

Easier to help get into the medical field.

Cons

1. The Merit bonuses suck, although you work hard you won't get recognized monetarily because "the more people with higher merit, the less money to go around." 2. The people who have been there for a long time are lifeless, and rude. 3. Its hard to move up and if you want to better yourself such as going to school or getting a certification, you are questioned.

Pros

7-5 schedule, no weekends, 3% 401k contribution (no matter what), and stock buy in

Cons

It is a corporation so they are always looking to bring costs down including understaffing. They will not put extra people there for surges in testing so you might be really busy one day or for a few hours but we would have downtime also. The insurance is not super great but for the cost it was decent. The way their PTO and short term disability was structured makes it really hard to have a completely paid maternity leave or medical leave.
