      They have been investing more in current employees, reevaluating pay and bonuses, unlimited time off, great opportunities for career development

      Cons

      Benefits are ok. There are different levels you can chose from depending on how much premium you want to pay each month. Even the premium plan doesn't cover as much as expected.
