Good place to start career in clinical trial industry. Lots of training and fast paced projects.

Cons

Company keeps changing its tools, processes and responsibilities of departments so it can be confusing. Line managers must keep up or end up training their employees incorrectly.

First of all, the company stands out by always thinking of its employees above all else. The company cares about our physical and mental health, which makes me extremely happy to work here. My Line Manager always seeks to know how my work is going, how I'm feeling, and what I think about our workflow and all, which is very important to know that she also cares. The workplace is very organized and the people are always very friendly. I felt welcome on the very first day and I still feel the same way. I would like to thank Labcorp for providing all of this to us. I'm really happy to be here.

Cons

For now, I don't really think I have anything to say. I think the only bad thing was that I started working in the middle of the pandemic and didn't get a chance yet to work in the office with everyone there and get to know a little bit of the other teams and colleagues (only virtually).
