Pros
Culture, culture, culture. I can't say enough what a positive work experience I have had in my first 90 days at LabCorp. I am on the drug development side, and have been doing this type of work for 15+ years. The training program and tools provided for support are beyond excellent. There is a concerted effort made by more experienced employees to assist newer colleagues. I feel very supported, have a fantastic Manager who listens and is very helpful.
Cons
The company is immense, so navigating who to to to with questions is a challenge, but I have never felt lost or unsupported despite the sheer volume of colleagues I need to interact with to accomplish my work.
