Union employment with tons of overtime opportunity. Very good company as a stepping stone to your career since you'll learn a lot due to the HIGH turnover rate
Cons
Overtime is insane, I've done up to 13 hours in a day. Management does not listen to its employees and have a sense of favoritism with their more senior coworkers. Your salary is not negotiable since its union based salary.
