Pros

The benefits were good. That is bout it. ..this is only a starting point or entry position job no matter what department you start but not a life long career. Also lab techs make less than customer service reps that should tell you something there.

Cons

You are treated like cattle, clock in clock out. Easily replaced and departments are continuously shutdown at the end of the year only to reopen after the freezing period is over. Job security is good for about 10 percent of the population.
