Good benefits; operations team mostly cares about doing quality work even without support

Cons

Low raises; work is unappreciated; work-life balance is non-existent (your work schedule can include all 5 weekdays for 12+ hours a day as well as time on the weekend. Also, I was on salary that did not fairly compensate for all of that time); management is clueless and doesn't understand what people do; upper managers can be disrespectful and unwilling to listen; short-staffed; it seemed that several people were fired simply because they were not liked
